概要
HLA抗原は、臓器移植ならびに輸血の際の拒絶反応に関係する蛋白質です。
特に、日本人に頻度の高いHLAクラスI抗原をコードするcDNAクローンを愛知県がんセンター研究所の赤塚美樹博士より寄託して頂きました。赤塚先生には新しいクローンが同定され次第、寄託して頂いております。各HLAクローンについてのさらに詳しい情報は、HLA Clone Listをご覧下さい。

HLA情報も付属した日本人由来不死化細胞株 (EBV transformed B cell : HEV) は、細胞材料開発室から提供しています。
提供形態
HLAクローンは、プラスミドDNAを抽出し、DNAの制限酵素切断パターンの電気泳動ならびに挿入遺伝子の末端塩基配列の検定の後、DNA溶液(1 μg) として利用者に室温で送付しています。できるだけ早くご使用下さい。
