概要
HLA抗原は、臓器移植ならびに輸血の際の拒絶反応に関係する蛋白質です。
特に、日本人に頻度の高いHLAクラスI抗原をコードするcDNAクローンを愛知県がんセンター研究所の赤塚美樹博士より寄託して頂きました。他のクラスのヒトHLAやbeta-2 microglobulin (β2m)のcDNAクローンも利用可能です。
