Aeropyrum pernix, Pyrococcus horikoshii, Sulfolobus tokodaii and Thermus thermophilus gene expression plasmids and T thermophilus gene disruption plasmids were deposited by Dr.Yutaka Kawarabayasi, National Institute of Standards and Technology and Dr. Seiki Kuramitsu, Osaka University.
