Date Incident Name of a resource concerned Defect, missing information and etc Measures taken
January 18, 2016 Replacement of S. pombe SpFFH01A01, SpFFH04B05 and SpFFH28D02 in FFH-tagged clone set (refer). S. pombe SpFFH01A01 (SPW040401), SpFFH04B05 (SPW041629), SpFFH28D02 (SPW051274). Correction of the clone set by replacement with authentic clones.
January 23, 2015 Deletion of S. pombeSpEnt26F09, SpFFH26F09 and SpYFH26F09 clones from Entry, FFH- and YFH-tagged clone set, respectively (refer). S. pombe SpEnt26F09 (SPW010529), SpFFH26F09 (SPW050529), and SpYFH26F09 (SPW090529). 81 bp missing (7 bp of linker and 74 bp of the 5′ terminus region of raf2 coding region) just after att recombination site of all 26F09 clones, compared with the original report. Deletion of the clones from the clone sets in the web catalog.
January 23, 2015 Deletion of human JUN cDNA pAxCALNLhc-jun (forward) cosmid clone (refer). pAxCALNLhc-jun (forward) cosmid clone (RDB04711). 1,137 bp missing (477 bp of 5′ untranslated region and 660 bp of coding region) of human JUN cDNA, compared with the original report. Deletion of the clone from the web catalog. An alternative human JUN cDNA clone, pCMFlag_hsJun (RDB06254) is available.
October 9, 2014 Addition of sequence information of NRCD human full-length cDNA clone, ARiS023E05 NRCD human full-length cDNA clone,ARiS023E05 Fifteen nucleotide deletion (deletion of five amino acids) and one substitution (synonymous) Added as accompanying information
