(currently registered as Takara Bio USA, Inc.(TBUSA)), a license fee of JPY 21,010 is separately required per clone. (<a href=\"https:\/\/web.brc.riken.jp\/en\/archives\/news\/20240314_03\">Notice of Revision of Licensing Fee Equivalent for the Distribution of Bioresources Covered by Patents Owned by Takara Bio USA, Inc. [link]<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(*1) This refers to the use of the bioresource in research by a not-for-profit organization for not-for-profit academic purpose. Category I MTA shall be used.<br \/>\n(*2) This refers to the use of the bioresource in research for the following a. &#8211; d. cases. Category II MTA shall be used.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a. For research by for-profit organization<\/li>\n<li>b. For collaborative research between for-profit organization and not-for-profit organization<\/li>\n<li>c. For research by not-for-profit organization outsourced and sponsored by for-profit organization<\/li>\n<li>d.
