Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting. Mainly localizes to the dense-core vesicle in PC12 cell (Fig.1 of Tsuboi, T. Mol Biol. Cell, 17, 2101-2112, 2006). This clone has a nucleotide sequence corresponding to 186 to 2207 nt of AB025258.1. Known difference (at least): A to C substitution (Arg, synonym) at 1953 nt of AB025258.1.
