Clone info. Expression clone of mouse Nr6a1 cDNA. The CA promoter derived from pCA-pA expression vector was cloned into pcDNA3 vector (Invitrogen), resulting in pcaDNA3 vector (6.5 kb). Murine Nr6a1 was amplified from a cDNA clone using PCR and cloned into the pcaDNA3.
