Comment This clone contains 729 bp sequence of pGEX 4T1 between the end of poly(A) stretch of mNotch4-RAM and polyadenylation sequence of the pEF-BOS neo since this clone was constructed on the pGEX 4T1 vector first and then a enzyme digested fragment was cloned into the pEF-BOS neo vector as mentioned in Kato et al., FEBS Lett. 395 (2-3): 221-224, 1996.
