Clone info. PCR amplified human 72-kDa heat shock protein (HSP70-1) promoter sequence was inserted into a Renilla luciferase reporter vector pKM2L (RDB04026). An HSP70-1 promoter -752 to +164 (+1 as the transcription start site. Fig.2 of Wu, B.J. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 83, 629-633, 1986) corresponding to the nucleotide sequence from 1171 to 2086 of DQ451402.1 is cloned. Alternatively, 31814789 to 31815704(NC_000006.12); relatively -725 to +191, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_005345.6 was cloned.
