Clone info. Expression clone of mouse Yap1, S112A mutation in Tead BD. cDNA fragment 210 to 1,663 nt of NM_009534.3 (CDS, 207..1625) is cloned. T to G substitution at 540 nt and C to A substitution at 542 nt (Ser to Ala at 112th aa, introduced mutation).
Comment See Fig. 4A of Nishioka et al., Dev. Cell 16: 398-410 (2009). The expression vector has a stretch of poly(A). Known differences: G to C substitution at 212 nt (Glu to Asp at 2nd aa). C to A substitution at 477 nt (Arg at 91st aa, synonymous) and XhoI site insertion at the position.
