Clone info. Expression vector of site-specific recombinase, FLP. The hFLPe recombinase is expressed under the control of a CAG promoter. To increase the FLPe level in mammalian cells, a humanized FLPe (hFLPe) containing a codon suitable for use in mammals was generated.
