This clone contains a DNA fragment corresponding to the 1,889nt..4,174nt of NM_003109.1 (where its CDS is 56nt..2,392nt) with the deletion of 2nd and 3rd zinc finger (corresponding 2,004nt to 2,181nt was replaced with GATC). At the 3' UTR, there are 36nt deletion corresponding to 2,408nt to 2,443nt and, 8nt deletion corresponding to 4,112nt to 4,119nt. There is not thrombin site on this clone.
